"The women's team had to face the same challenges as the men and met them with the same ferocity and toughness," said co-head coach Kellin Loch. "Alexis Riddle was the only sophomore running for our women's team and improved on her placing from last year's national meet by 32 spots. While the women's team score was not as high as we were hoping to see at the beginning of the season, we're still immensely proud of what they did on the course today. We're even more excited to see our freshmen back next year as sophomores to see what they can do on a course that isn't covered in snow and mud."
