The State Fair Community College (SFCC) Roadrunners men's track and field team competed at the Kip and Kirk Outdoor Mule Relays hosted by the University of Central Missouri at Walton Stadium/Kennedy Field on April 9 and 10 in Warrensburg.

Freshman Cash Anderson of Kansas City, Mo. finished sixth in the 110-meter hurdles in a time of 15.85.
Sophomore Adam Broekemeier of Edwardsville, Ill. finished fifth in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:56.64.
"We did well at UCM given the circumstances," said assistant coach Kellin Loch. "We competed at Coffeyville on Wednesday, UCM was day two or even three days of competing in a row, which can be taxing. We had great finishes from a few of our athletes. Zeshaun Balance-Gray won the triple jump. Adam Broekemeier took 5th in the Open 800m Dash. It's encouraging to see these top finishes from our athletes at bigger meets, especially when they're a little tired. We've got some resilient athletes, and they're proving to us what they can do."
SFCC will return to action on Saturday, April 18 at Culver-Stockton.
