Roadrunners continue outdoor season at Red Raven Invite
The State Fair Community College (SFCC) Roadrunners track and field team won a pair of individual events at the Red Raven Invite hosted by Coffeyville Community College on Wednesday, April 8 in Coffeyville, Kan.

Freshman Landon Ashworth of Crest Ridge, Mo. won the title in the javelin with a throw of 48.27 meters. Sophomore Zeshaun Ballance-Gray of Kansas City, Mo. brought home the championship in the triple jump with a jump of 14.70 meters.
The Roadrunners 4x100 m relay team finished second with a time of 44.13.
Freshman Gage Marshall of Middletown, Mo. finished third in the high jump with a jump of 1.87 meters. The Roadrunners 4 x 100 m relay team finished third in a time of 44.91. Freshman Owen Weatherspoon of Lawson finished third in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:25.42. The Roadrunners 4 x 400m relay team finished third with a time of 3:37.94. Sophomore Joseph Bland of Versailles, Mo. finished third in the shot put with a throw of 14.27 meters. Ballance-Gray placed third in the long jump with a jump of 6.92 meters. Freshman Marcel Milner of Riverside, Mo. placed third in the triple jump with a jump of 13.32 meters.
